PDIP Membantah Alwin Kiemas Jadi Tersangka dalam Kasus Keponakan Megawati

PDIP membantah keterlibatan Alwin Jabarti Kiemas, salah satu tersangka kasus judi online di Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kominfo), sebagai bagian dari keluarga Ketua Umum PDIP, Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"Yang bersangkutan bukan keluarga dan juga bukan kader PDI Perjuangan," ujar Ketua DPP PDIP, Ronny Talapessy, melalui pesan singkat pada Selasa (26/11/2024).

Ronny menilai isu yang mengaitkan Alwin dengan Megawati bertujuan merusak citra PDIP menjelang pemungutan suara Pilkada Serentak 2024. Ia juga menegaskan bahwa PDIP akan melaporkan akun media sosial yang menyebarkan kabar hoaks tersebut.

"Unggahan itu sangat tendensius, seolah-olah melibatkan Ibu Mega dan PDIP dalam kasus judi online. Ini adalah fitnah jahat yang bertujuan menggiring opini," tambah Ronny.

Nama Alwin menjadi sorotan setelah akun media sosial X, Partai Socmed, menyebutnya sebagai keponakan Presiden ke-5 RI, Megawati Soekarnoputri. Dalam unggahan tersebut, disebutkan bahwa Alwin adalah keponakan almarhum Taufiq Kiemas, suami Megawati, sehingga diklaim memiliki hubungan keluarga dengan Megawati.

Polisi mengungkapkan peran Alwin dalam kasus ini sebagai pihak yang memfilter dan memverifikasi situs judi online agar tidak terblokir. Ia telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka bersama beberapa nama lain, termasuk eks komisaris BUMN Zulkarnaen Apriliantony alias Tony Tomang, Adhi Kismanto, dan Denden Imadudin Soleh.

Para tersangka dikenakan Pasal 303 KUHP, Pasal 27 ayat (2) UU ITE, serta pasal-pasal dalam UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU), juncto Pasal 55 dan 56 KUHP.

Sebanyak 32 Orang Tewas dalam Serangan Israel ke Lebanon

Israel melancarkan serangan ke sejumlah kota besar dan kecil di Lebanon, menyebabkan 32 orang tewas. Dilaporkan oleh AFP, Selasa (26/11/2024), jumlah korban tersebut disampaikan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Lebanon. Serangan terjadi pada Senin (25/11/2024) waktu setempat.

Dalam pernyataannya, kementerian menyebutkan bahwa serangan Israel menargetkan berbagai wilayah di timur, selatan, dan sekitar Beirut. Sebagian besar korban jiwa dilaporkan berada di wilayah selatan, sementara empat orang tewas di bagian timur.

Militer Israel mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya menyerang sekitar 25 sasaran milik Hizbullah di Lebanon hanya dalam waktu satu jam.

 "Target yang diserang termasuk pusat komando Dewan Eksekutif, pusat kendali, dan lokasi pengumpulan intelijen yang digunakan oleh komandan dan agen Hizbullah," demikian pernyataan dari militer Israel.

Keputusan AS Kirim Senjata ke Ukraina Picu Kecaman Rusia: Risiko Perang Dunia III?

Anggota parlemen Rusia, Maria Butina, pada Senin menyatakan bahwa keputusan pemerintahan Presiden Joe Biden untuk mengizinkan Ukraina menggunakan senjata buatan AS untuk menyerang jauh ke wilayah Rusia berisiko memicu Perang Dunia Ketiga. Hingga kini, Kremlin belum memberikan komentar resmi atas laporan tersebut. Namun, Vladimir Dzhabarov, Wakil Kepala Pertama Komite Urusan Internasional Majelis Tinggi Rusia, menegaskan bahwa Moskow akan segera memberikan tanggapan.

"Ini adalah langkah besar menuju kemungkinan dimulainya Perang Dunia Ketiga," ujar Dzhabarov, seperti dikutip oleh kantor berita negara TASS. 

Ia menambahkan bahwa serangan ke wilayah Rusia menggunakan rudal AS akan memicu eskalasi serius yang dapat membawa konsekuensi jauh lebih besar.

Leonid Slutsky, Ketua Komite Urusan Internasional Majelis Rendah Rusia, turut memperingatkan bahwa tindakan semacam itu hanya akan memperburuk situasi. 

"Serangan menggunakan rudal jarak jauh Barat ke wilayah Rusia pasti akan memicu eskalasi serius," ungkapnya.

Presiden Rusia Vladimir Putin, dalam pernyataannya pada akhir Oktober, menyebut bahwa Kementerian Pertahanan Rusia tengah mengupayakan berbagai cara untuk merespons jika Amerika Serikat dan sekutunya di NATO mendukung Ukraina dalam menyerang wilayah Rusia menggunakan rudal jarak jauh.

Reaksi PKB atas Kekerasan di Pilkada Sampang yang Tewaskan Saksi Salah Satu Paslon

Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) menyatakan kecaman keras atas insiden kekerasan yang terjadi dalam proses Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Sampang 2024 di Desa Ketapang Laok, Kecamatan Ketapang, Kabupaten Sampang, Jawa Timur, pada Ahad, 17 November 2024. Insiden ini menyebabkan tewasnya seorang saksi pasangan calon (paslon) bupati-wakil bupati Sampang, Slamet Junaidi-Achmad Mahfudz (Jimat Sakteh), bernama Jimmy Sugito Putra, yang menjadi korban pengeroyokan sekelompok orang bersenjata celurit.

PKB, sebagai salah satu partai pengusung paslon Jimat Sakteh, menegaskan komitmennya dalam mengawal demokrasi yang damai. Wakil Ketua Harian PKB, Nadya Alfi Roihana, menyampaikan bahwa kekerasan ini tidak hanya melukai nilai demokrasi, tetapi juga mengganggu tatanan sosial yang seharusnya dilandasi perdamaian dan persatuan.

"Kekerasan ini melukai demokrasi dan mengganggu kedamaian masyarakat. Pilkada seharusnya menjadi pesta demokrasi yang menggembirakan, bukan arena kekerasan," ujar Nadya dalam keterangannya di Jakarta pada Senin, 18 November 2024.

Nadya mengingatkan bahwa fanatisme buta terhadap paslon tertentu tidak boleh mengorbankan kerukunan dan kedamaian yang telah dibangun bersama. Menurutnya, perbedaan pilihan dalam demokrasi adalah hal wajar, namun tidak boleh menjadi alasan untuk permusuhan, apalagi kekerasan.

PKB juga menyerukan kepada masyarakat Desa Ketapang Laok untuk tetap tenang dan tidak terprovokasi pihak-pihak yang ingin memanfaatkan situasi demi kepentingan tertentu. Nadya menegaskan bahwa demokrasi tidak seharusnya mengorbankan nyawa manusia.

“Tidak ada pesta demokrasi yang seharga nyawa manusia. Mari kita jaga pilkada agar tetap damai, bermartabat, dan jauh dari kekerasan,” ujarnya.

Motif Insiden Masih Diselidiki

Ketua Tim Pemenangan Paslon Jimat Sakteh, Surya Noviantoro, menduga bahwa pengeroyokan yang menewaskan Jimmy Sugito bermotif politik. Peristiwa berdarah tersebut terjadi setelah calon bupati Slamet Junaidi berkunjung ke seorang tokoh agama di Ketapang. Slamet sempat diadang massa bersenjata celurit, namun berhasil lolos. Tak lama setelah itu, massa yang sama memasuki lokasi kejadian dan terlibat cekcok hingga berujung pada penganiayaan terhadap Jimmy Sugito.

Kasat Reskrim Polres Sampang, Safril Selfianto, mengungkapkan pihaknya masih menyelidiki motif insiden tersebut.

“Kami masih mengumpulkan alat bukti dan meminta keterangan sejumlah pihak. Insyaallah besok kami akan merilis hasil penyelidikan,” kata Safril.

Korban sempat dirawat di RSUD Ketapang akibat luka parah di bagian muka, punggung, dan tangan, namun dinyatakan meninggal pada pukul 17.15 WIB. Untuk mencegah bentrokan susulan, Polres Sampang bersama TNI memperketat pengamanan di Desa Ketapang Laok dan berkoordinasi dengan tokoh agama setempat untuk meredakan ketegangan.

Pilkada Sampang 2024

Pilkada Sampang diikuti dua paslon. Paslon nomor urut 1, K.H. Muhammad Bin Muafi Zaini-Abdullah Hidayat (Mandat), diusung oleh delapan partai, yakni Golkar, PPP, PAN, PDIP, Demokrat, PBB, PSI, dan Hanura. Sementara paslon nomor urut 2, Slamet Junaidi-Achmad Mahfudz (Jimat Sakteh), diusung oleh enam partai, yaitu Nasdem, Gerindra, PKB, PKS, Gelora, dan Garuda.

Pilkada Sampang dijadwalkan digelar di 1.344 TPS yang tersebar di 180 desa dan enam kelurahan, dengan total pemilih sebanyak 737.832 orang.
